Questions you should ask before hiring a home helper

If you’re going to trust somebody in your home and with help for your loved one, it’s important to get your questions answered as soon as possible.

Below are some of the frequently asked questions we often get asked from our clients.

As soon as you need one. We will assess your personal situation and have a member of staff in place on the day you require. We have access to some amazing staff members who are on hand that allows us to offer a quick service when an unexpected situation presents itself

Caring Home Helpers employees are insured, we also carry out a background check. We make certain all employees are insured and properly screened to ensure your complete piece of mind.

All Caring Home Helpers employees are required to complete a DBS check.

A good home helper will want to see you and/or the person they may be helping so that they can assess your needs. This also means that a joint decision can be made about the most appropriate type of care and support.

You can call Christine or Gary and speak with them in confidence. Rest assured that we will look into your questions or comments immediately.

You do not pay the home helper directly and our staff cannot accept tips. You pay Caring Home Helpers directly via a monthly invoice. We accept most methods of payment.
